Yes, we offer customization services for many of our jewelry pieces. Please contact our customer service team for more information on how to customize your order.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Answer: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item(s) ordered. Usually, customized orders take between 6-8 working days to be ready. For local shipping within Accra, delivery is within 24hrs. While outside Accra will take a at least 48hrs. for international shipments, estimated time is between 3-5 days through DHL. 3. Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional fee. Please leave a comment about your gift-wrapping option during checkout or contact our customer service team for more information.

The best way to determine your ring size is to visit a jewelry store and have a professional measure your finger. Alternatively, you can purchase a ring sizer online or use a piece of string to measure the circumference of your finger and compare it to a ring size chart. It is important to measure your finger at different times of the day as your fingers can swell due to changes in temperature, humidity, or physical activity.
